Beverly is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Educator who is a native of New Jersey. She has over 25 years of experience working with adults, teens, and children.  Some highlights of her career include; having served in the Peace Corp in Honduras CA, having a successful private practice in Dietetics, coordinating and teaching in diabetes education programs for Disease Management companies and hospitals as well as being an inpatient and out patient hospital based diabetes clinician and Coordinator for a Diabetes. Program in Newark NJ.  Beverly has traveled extensively and lived in Latin America and offers her bi-lingual and cross-cultural skills to the Spanish-speaking community.

Beverly serves on the professional council for dLife TV.  She was the Women’s History Month Honoree in 2005 for the 35th district receiving Legislative, Senate & Congressional recognition for community service. She is actively involved in Rotary International’s Gift of Life Program bringing children in need of heart surgery to the US and abroad for life saving surgery.  She successfully initiated and heads a thriving Diabetes Educator Network in Northern New Jersey which is now part of the Garden State Association of Diabetes Educators. She is a member of the American Dietetic Association as well as the American Association of Diabetes Educators. Beverly presently works as a Diabetes Educator for Novo Nordisk Inc. and is  reaching out to the diabetes community.
